I was born in Korea and have called Darwin, Australia home for the past 12 years. As a mother of three and a woman who built her life abroad without extended family support, I understand firsthand the physical, emotional, and metabolic demands that motherhood places on a woman’s body.
After the birth of my third child, I experienced significant changes in my skin, energy levels, and overall health. That period became a defining moment. Rather than accepting decline as inevitable, I chose to study, invest, and rebuild my health intentionally.
What began as a personal recovery journey evolved into a professional mission.
I recognized a critical gap:
